Best Customer Service....Eve

We had a tub converted to a shower in 2013 at the home we share with my now 99 year old father in law. Everything went well during the entire project which was completed on time and on budget. In 2018, we noticed a small crack developing around the shower drain. We contacted them and spoke with Ken directly. He sent someone out and they added bracing under the shower floor pan to remedy the problem. In December 2023, we noticed that the crack around the shower drain was getting worse. We contacted them and worked with Matt. After they determined that it was still on warranty, they worked quickly to get us information on what was currently available and, with Brittany's help, we got everything rolling. The 2 repair people, Robbie and Zeke, were exceptional and did great work. They ran into a couple of minor problems, but Brittany was able to deliver the required materials to make sure that everything was good and stayed on schedule. The whole team that we dealt with were professional, responsive and just plain nice people to work with. We firmly stand behind this company. They honored an installations from 11 years ago without a problem. They ARE great and we highly recommend them. Dave
