Appropriate PPE and Excellent Service

Dear Ken, I want to express my thanks for the excellent service we received from Bob Black who installed our new bath tub. Bob and his two associates were fully garbed in appropriate PPE's and he was friendly as he told us what he would be doing but also respected the need for social distancing. Bob is the ultimate professional with his precision and his perfectionism. We had complete confidence in his ability and enjoyed having him in our home. It is not often one looks forward to having people come to your home to work but we looked forward to Bob coming back. As each phase of the project was completed, Bob gave us the opportunity to see the progress. We really appreciated this and felt like Bob was truly a class act! We are thrilled with our new bath tub! What a difference!!! Special thanks and appreciation go to Bob for making this process so smooth, clean and even exciting. We believe Bob is truly an asset to your company and his loyalty was to your business and to you was very evident. He spoke so highly about you and your company and we found this to be inspiring.
