Fine Craftsmanship, Excellent Product
We had our old upstairs bathtub and shower replaced with a new walk-in shower, and everything came out beautifully. The tear-down and installation was remarkably quick. The whole process took only a day and a half, and it would have been even quicker but the installer (Austin Roberts) discovered some serious problems with the existing water pipes and drain that needed to be replaced once the old tub had been removed. Austin proved to be an experienced, knowledgeable, diligent, and detail-oriented craftsman, as well as a very personable and pleasant person to work with. The work was all done with little disruption to the household, everything was cleaned up beautifully afterward, and Austin gave us detailed explanations of everything we needed to know. We couldn’t have wished for a better installation. If we decide to replace our downstairs bath and shower, I would not hesitate having Miller Home Renovations do the job for us.
Tub to Shower conversion
We used Miller Home Renovations to convert our tub/shower to just a walk in shower. Everyone who came to our house was polite, professional, and respectful. My wife is in a wheelchair and they were very patient while she had to transfer from her wheelchair to a shower bench in order to make sure that the handlebars, handheld shower and bar, corner shelves were mounted for her ease of use. The only thing that I wish was that we could have chosen our own water valve and diverter valve. Other than that, it was a very nice installation.
Top tier through and through
Our journey with Miller Home Renovations started with Jesse coming out to look at the issues we were running into. We figured we'd need to redo our two bathrooms as we were tired of tile and grout. Jesse walked us through all available options and we landed on a new acrylic shower & tub. What sold us in the end was the fact that this company does not contract out their install work. Their team is so good, I actually took the time to message Ken Miller in the middle of the install to speak to the level of professionalism and just in general good humans the folks are that he hired. Bob, Oskar, Nick and the team are all fantastic. I had such a great experience with this team that they are the only folks I trust with any future bathroom updates and remodels. Thanks again everyone. You're all fantastic. Oh, also the showers and bath turned out simply amazing. But let me tell you, the people made this experience worth every penny. Thanks again!

Looks awesome
Took them only about 7 hours total. Came a day early and was done before noon. They were very thorough and cleaned everything before leaving. They showed me how to use shower/tub water controls. Looks awesome. Very satisfied.

We had our 50+ year old shower removed and replaced with a shower. The crew was professional careful competent and clean. Great communication-all issues were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Tgey finished in2 days just like promised. Bob even found a replacement seat when the 2 he brought didnt fit our perfect shower vision. My husband even liked his music choices ;-P We have no complaints! Cant wait to try it out! Highly recommend!
