Great company that stands behind its work

When I looked for a company to replace my bathtub, I wanted two things: a beautiful, quality product and a company that would be there for me if a problem eventually developed. I found both with Miller Home Renovations. A few years ago, they installed a new bathtub/shower combination. I was extremely pleased with the result. However, I recently discovered there was water damage from an intermittent plumbing leak, and I was very worried since I didn’t know what kind of response to expect from the company. I called and talked to the service manager, who assured me that they take care of their customers. The next day, one of their installers came out and determined that there was indeed a problem. Owner Ken Miller personally came out, respectfully addressed my concerns, and determined what repairs were needed. Work began the following day. Throughout the process, Ken Miller reached out to me to make sure I didn’t have unaddressed concerns or unanswered questions. The installers were great; repairs were expertly made. I am completely satisfied with the results, and so happy with this company. Miller Home Renovations is a great company that really does stand behind its work. I highly recommend them.
